Throughout your six month program, you will have 1 on 1 support by an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Health coach who will educate you on:
- Up-to-date, evidence-based nutrition guidelines to support a healthy lifestyle
- How foods and lifestyle choices can positively and negatively affect your physical health
Your Dietitian will empower and support you to:
- Create long term habit change
- Find motivation to make lifestyle changes
- Improve your mindset towards food and movement
- Find movement you enjoy and can sustain long term
- Help you to understand and overcoming emotional eating patterns
- Stay accountable
- Individuals who want to improve their health and wellbeing
- People who are time poor
- People at risk of developing lifestyle chronic health conditions
- People with a family history of Diabetes, Heart Disease and high blood pressure
- People who want to learn more about how to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle
- People who want to prevent the risks of cardiovascular disease, stroke or heart attacks. People with high blood pressure (hypertension)

We are not a one-size-fits-all program. We understand everyone is unique and that their lifestyles and bodies are different. Our Dietitians are qualified health coaches and work 1 on 1 with our members to create long term lifestyle change.
We don’t dictate to our clients, or put them on restrictive diets or strict exercise regimes. Instead, we help our clients to find a lifestyle that works for them, including their favourite foods, movement they enjoy, all while achieving their health goals.
During our six month program you will be educated on up to date, evidence-based guidelines as to how to manage and improve your health & wellbeing. Your Dietitian will empower, motivate, educate and keep you accountable throughout the program to ensure you achieve your Goals

Our Dietitians are registered, Accredited Practicing Dietitians, therefore, if you qualify for NDIS funding you can use it to join this program.
Yes.
Our Dietitians are registered Accredited Practicing Dietitians, therefore, if you have private health cover which covers Dietetic/allied health services, you can claim through your health fund.
